EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please allow us to exchange it for any item of equal or greater value: All exchanged items must have original labels and tags attached, and show no signs of wear. Merchandise will not be accepted that does not meet these conditions, and will be sent back to you for no credit. Items sent back for exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt of the item. Avec L'amour will gladly pay the cost of shipping to have your new item sent to you.
RETURNS
If you need to return your item for any reason, please follow these guidelines for a full refund: All returned items must have original labels and tags attached, and show no signs of wear. Merchandise will not be accepted that does not meet these conditions, and will be sent back to you for no credit. Items sent back for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt of the item. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning an item. Any shipping charges incurred in the original shipment of the item will not be reimbursed as a part of the item refund, there is a $10 charge for restocking an item.
